2018 New Years Resolutions

Live a Healthy Lifestyle

My first resolution is to get to my goal weight and live a healthier lifestyle. When it comes to my weight I recently lost 40 pounds. I am very proud of that accomplishment but I am fully aware that 20 of those pounds I lost were because of the double jaw surgery that I had in May of 2017. I was able to keep off the 20 pounds and loose an additional 20 pounds. This year I want to become more mindful of what I put in my body. My goal weight would be 140 pounds. I feel like sharing this will give me the accountability that I need to truly loose the last 10 pounds I need. I will be documenting my journey this year and will strive to live a healthier lifestyle.

Get out of debt and be financially stable

My second resolution will be to live a more frugal life. I would love to be 100 percent debt free. I want to be able to prepare myself for anything life will throw at us. I have learned hard lessons because I wasn’t prepared and constantly overspending. I am done with living paycheck to paycheck.

Create Memories

My third resolution will have to be traveling and having more adventures with my family. I have a 5 year old daughter and I would love to take her places. I plan on exploring on a budget and creating memories for my daughter that she will carry for a lifetime. I plan on taking her camping, to the beach, on hikes, and many many eating adventures.

For many the new year is a time when you can start over and truly make changes in your life. For me, I want to make changes that will better the quality of living for my family. I want to provide a brighter future and truly be a team player along with my husband.Making these changes will ensure that we can achieve other goals we have in the long run.
